National Honor Society

Londonderry High School Chapter

The goal of the National Honor Society is to "create  enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of secondary schools" (NHS National Constitution, May 2008).

The Londonderry High School Chapter of the National Honor Society is dedicated to honoring students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of:

  • Scholarship
  • Leadership
  • Service
  • Character

Candidates for Membership

 In the third term of the academic year (start of spring semester), academically eligible sophomores and juniors will receive an invitation to become a candidate for membership via each student's personal londonderry.org GMail account.  To access this account, students should log-on to their school Google Drive accounts and click on the mail icon.

In the first term of the academic year (start of fall semester),  academically eligible seniors will receive an invitation to become a candidate for membership via each student's personal londonderry.org GMail account. To access this account, students should log-on to their school Google Drive accounts and click on the mail icon.
